Nowadays, high-quality sooted bamboo is becoming rare. Bamboo craftsman Toru Hatsuda carefully works with this limited material, carving each piece of carefully selected bamboo. For long-term use: This product is for use with matcha only. It cannot be used with other seasonings, foods, drinks, etc.
・The teacup will deform if it gets wet or heated. It cannot be washed, so after use, lightly wipe the matcha off with a soft, dry cloth before storing.
・When not in use, store it in the included paulownia wood box in a place away from humidity, air conditioning, and direct sunlight to extend its life.
