Yumiko Miyahama

Born in Sendai, he worked as a studio assistant before going independent and is currently based in Tokyo as a photographer. Fascinated by the lifestyles of our ancestors, who transformed natural scenery into designs and incorporated them into their daily lives, he photographs the crafts, food, and people of all parts of Japan.
