material: copper, tin
Size: 18x18x1.8cm
A copper vessel formed from a single sheet of metal.
The appeal of these pieces lies in the texture of the material itself and their practicality, which combines lightness and strength, making them beautiful and eye-catching pieces for everyday dining or as tableware to accompany special occasions.
The surface is coated with tin, which gives it excellent thermal conductivity. When cold dishes such as chilled appetizers, hors d'oeuvres or sashimi are served on the plate, the temperature is transferred to the dish itself, keeping the food comfortably cool.
If you chill it in the refrigerator, it will also make an impressive dessert plate. The coolness of the tin brings out the sweetness in a refreshing way.
The fourth image shows a product that has been used daily for about three years. The more you use it, the deeper the material will become, and over time, the color will change to a more subdued tone. Enjoy this change as part of the charm of this piece.
