A POP UP will be held at Gallery Lucic on the 2nd floor of Nihonbashi Takashimaya Main Building from June 15th (Wednesday) to June 21st (Tuesday), 2022.
The exhibiting artist is Koji Takuma, a traditional craftsman who takes a new approach as a precious stone sculptor by fusing modern sensibilities with traditional techniques passed down through the ages.While learning the basics of woodworking techniques and Japanese forest culture, he also explores nature. We will be introducing the works of a total of six artists, including Kazuto Yoshikawa, who brings out the soft sense of life and charm that only materials can have, and Kayo Saito, a UK-based jewelry artist who continues to create sculptural works.
