Workshop + Tea Time

We will be holding a workshop on making a wooden butter knife with Kazuto Yoshikawa as our instructor.
After the creation, everyone will be able to sample the scones, herb butter, and seasonal jam prepared by Yukiko Hisatomi using the butter knife they created.

After working as a landscape architect, he discovered his passion for cooking by combining herbs, spices, and ingredients. Mainly active in on-site cooking, party/event catering, etc.
