With woodworker Kazuto Yoshikawa
By Yukiko Hisatomi, a visiting chef
We will be holding a two-person exhibition.
The delicacy and strength of nature, how it changes over time,
Two writers who love each other and carefully incorporate that breath into their lives.
This time, as a special feature, Mr. Yoshikawa will be presenting works exclusive to this gallery, and Mr. Hisatomi will be presenting baked confectionery based on a new recipe (available for pre-order from 10am on June 7th).
Please experience the various sensations of nature created by these two.
✏︎ KAZUTO YOSHIKAWA / Kazuto Yoshikawa After working at Cassina IXC Co., Ltd.
Learn the basics of woodworking technology and Japanese forest culture.
He has released many works that bring out the charm of natural materials.
✏︎ YUKIKO HISATOMI (knocks CATERING & FOODS) / Yukiko Hisatomi After working as a landscape architect, she discovered the art of cooking by combining herbs, spices, and ingredients.
In addition to on-site cooking, we started selling baked goods and other items online last year.
